The Finance and Risk Management Committee (FRMC) is a standing committee of the SDCP Board whose purpose, as stated in section 5.10.2 of the SDCP\u2019s JPA Agreement, is to provide input and oversight on matters related to the agency\u2019s funding plan, its fiscal year budgets, financial policies and procedures, risk management policies and procedures, and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Board. In January 2023, Directors John McCann, Paloma Aguirre and Colin Parent were appointed to serve on the FRMC Committee. For the 2023 calendar year, the FRMC is expected to meet every second Thursday of the month at 3 pm.<\/p>\n
