El Ayuntamiento de Encinitas vot\u00f3 el 24 de febrero a favor de establecer el producto premium de San Diego Community Power (SDCP), Power100, como la opci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica predeterminada para todos los clientes de la ciudad de Encinitas.
