Every year, San Diego Community Power shares details about our energy sources and greenhouse gas emissions for each of our electricity service plans in order to help our customers better understand where their electricity comes from. This information is presented through the Power Content Label.

Per California state law, electricity providers are required to provide the following chart to their customers each year. The chart is created by the California Energy Commission and indicates which types of power San Diego Community Power sourced for customers in 2024. San Diego Community Power’s most recent Power Content Label was distributed via email on November 17, 2025 from SDCommunityPower@public.govdelivery.com to customers with an email address on file with SDG&E.
The generation data represents energy procured during 2024 and is provided in the “Annual Report to the California Energy Commission: Power Source Disclosure Program.” This information is also required by the California Energy Commission to be mailed to active San Diego Community Power customers. Percentages may not total 100% due to rounding.
