\u65b0\u7535\u6c60\u50a8\u80fd\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u7ae3\u5de5\uff0c\u8be5\u8bbe\u65bd\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u5f53\u5730\u7535\u7f51\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u5e2e\u52a9\u6574\u4e2a\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u8d1f\u62c5\u5f97\u8d77\u7535\u529b\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u5723\u5730\u4e9a\u54e5\u5e02\u8bae\u5458\u517c Community Power \u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u6210\u5458 Sean Elo-Rivera \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201d\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u673a\u6784\u5c06\u5ba2\u6237\u653e\u5728\u9996\u4f4d\u7684\u610f\u4e49--\u5728\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4e30\u5bcc\u65f6\u6355\u83b7\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u6700\u9700\u8981\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u201c\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u73b0\u4ee3\u50a8\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u4e0e\u672c\u5730\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u8d44\u6e90\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u66f4\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u548c\u66f4\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u7535\u7f51\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5c06\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6027\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Border Hybrid Energy Center \u4f4d\u4e8e\u73b0\u6709\u7684 CalPeak Power Border Peaker \u53d1\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b 52 \u5146\u74e6\u65f6 (MWh) \u7684\u7535\u6c60\u50a8\u80fd\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6355\u6349\u767d\u5929\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u9700\u6c42\u9ad8\u5cf0\u65f6\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e3a\u591a\u8fbe 10,000 \u6237\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u50a8\u80fd\u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u7535\u529b\u662f\u53bb\u78b3\u5316\u7684\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u53d6\u820d\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u65bd\u53cd\u6620\u4e86 Middle River \u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u65b9\u9488\uff0c\u5373\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u7535\u7f51\u7684\u5f39\u6027\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u201dMiddle River \u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u9ad8\u7ea7\u526f\u603b\u88c1 Graham Baldwin \u8bf4\u3002\u201d\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u8363\u5e78\u80fd\u4e0e San Diego Community Power \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u517c\u987e\u73af\u5883\u8fdb\u6b65\u548c\u793e\u533a\u53ef\u4f9d\u8d56\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7535\u529b\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Border Hybrid Energy Center \u7531 Middle River \u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\u3001\u62e5\u6709\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\uff0cCommunity Power \u4e3a\u552f\u4e00\u627f\u8d2d\u65b9\uff0c\u53ef\u51cf\u5c11\u9ad8\u5cf0\u9700\u6c42\u65f6\u5bf9\u540c\u5730\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u7684\u4f9d\u8d56\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5f53\u5730\u80fd\u6e90\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u5f39\u6027\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCommunity Power \u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Karin Burns \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201dSan Diego Community Power \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e05\u6d01\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b9e\u60e0\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\uff0cMiddle River \u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u6709\u540c\u6837\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002\u201c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4f7f Community Power \u80fd\u591f\u4ee5\u6700\u5b9e\u60e0\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5173\u4e8e\u4e2d\u6cb3\u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8<br><\/strong>Middle River Power (MRP) \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u7535\u529b\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u548c\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5bfb\u627e\u52a0\u5feb\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002MRP \u7684\u6218\u7565\u662f\u5c06\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0e\u672a\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u53d1\u7535\u8d44\u4ea7\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6e05\u6d01\u3001\u66f4\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5176\u901f\u5ea6\u6bd4\u4efb\u4f55\u72ec\u7acb\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u90fd\u8981\u5feb\u3002MRP \u64c5\u957f\u901a\u8fc7\u540c\u5730\u548c\u6df7\u5408\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4f4d\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u5173\u952e\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u548c\u793e\u533a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e05\u6d01\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u30022025 \u5e74\uff0cMRP \u88ab\u5168\u7403\u79c1\u4eba\u5e02\u573a\u884c\u4e1a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u4e00 Partners Group \u6536\u8d2d\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee3\u8868\u5176\u5ba2\u6237\u884c\u4e8b\u3002\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee <a href=\"http:\/\/www.middleriverpower.com\">www.middleriverpower.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5173\u4e8e San Diego Community Power<br><\/strong>Community Power \u662f\u4e00\u9879\u793e\u533a\u9009\u62e9\u80fd\u6e90\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u8ba9\u5ba2\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u4ee5\u5177\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u4f7f\u7528\u66f4\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7535\u529b\u6765\u7ecf\u8425\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002\u81ea 2021 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cCommunity Power
