9 \u5e74\u5167\u7bc0\u7701\u7d04 $5410 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>California Community Choice Financing Authority (CCCFA) \u767c\u884c\u4e86 $10 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u300130 \u5e74\u671f\u7684\u300c\u6e05\u6f54\u80fd\u6e90\u5c08\u6848\u6536\u5165\u300d\u50b5\u5238\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u70ba Community Power \u5ba2\u6236\u7bc0\u7701\u7d04 $610 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cCommunity Power \u8ca1\u52d9\u8207\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u5e02\u8b70\u6703\u8b70\u54e1 Ditas Yamane \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u4e9b\u7da0\u8272\u50b5\u5238\u662f\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7684\u9996\u8981\u878d\u8cc7\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u9084\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u672c\u5340\u57df\u722d\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u201d\u9019\u9805\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u6301 Community Power \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u5373\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u793e\u5340\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e7e\u6de8\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u4e14\u50f9\u683c\u5408\u7406\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u5728 6 \u6708 26 \u65e5\u7684\u6703\u8b70\u4e0a\u6388\u6b0a\u8a72\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u50b5\u5238\u5df2\u65bc 7 \u6708 25 \u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e94\uff09\u622a\u6b62\u3002\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u7bc0\u7701\u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u65bc\u4e5d\u6708\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u65bc Community Power \u91d0\u5b9a\u8cbb\u7387\u6642\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u91cf\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u985e\u4f3c\u6b64\u50b5\u5238\u7684\u9810\u4ed8\u4ea4\u6613\u53ef\u8b93\u5927\u773e\u53d7\u76ca\u65bc\u4ee5\u8f03\u4f4e\u5229\u7387\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u3002Community Power \u548c\u5176\u4ed6 Community Choice Aggregators \u7b49\u516c\u5171\u5be6\u9ad4\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u514d\u7a05\u7da0\u8272\u50b5\u5238\u9810\u4ed8\u9577\u671f\u8cfc\u96fb\u5354\u8b70 - \u964d\u4f4e\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Power \u4e26\u975e\u50cf\u4e00\u822c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e00\u6a23\u6bcf\u6708\u652f\u4ed8\u80fd\u6e90\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6578\u5e74\u7684\u6e05\u6f54\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u900f\u904e\u9810\u5148\u4ed8\u6b3e\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u5229\u7387\u6bd4\u79c1\u4eba\u878d\u8cc7\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u514d\u7a05\u50b5\u5238\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u70ba Community Power \u63d0\u4f9b\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u6298\u6263\u3002\u5728\u5408\u7d04\u671f\u5167\uff0c\u8a72\u6298\u6263\u53ef\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u5ba2\u6236\u7bc0\u7701\u6578\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cCommunity Power \u57f7\u884c\u9577 Karin Burns \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4f7f\u7528\u514d\u7a05\u50b5\u5238\u8cfc\u8cb7\u80fd\u6e90\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u96fb\u529b\uff0c\u662f Community Power \u52aa\u529b\u5c07\u5177\u6210\u672c\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u4e7e\u6de8\u80fd\u6e90\u5f15\u5165\u8a72\u5340\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u300c\u5b83\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u4ee5\u53ef\u9810\u6e2c\u3001\u66f4\u8ca0\u64d4\u5f97\u8d77\u7684\u8cbb\u7387\u7372\u5f97\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u300d\u3002\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u904b\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\u7576 Community Power \u7c3d\u8a02\u9577\u671f\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u5f9e\u61c9\u8ab2\u7a05\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546 (\u4f8b\u5982\u7531\u79c1\u4eba\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u958b\u767c\u5546\u7d93\u71df\u7684\u5927\u578b\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u767c\u96fb\u5834) \u63a5\u6536\u6f54\u6de8\u80fd\u6e90\u6642\uff0cCCCFA \u5c07\u767c\u884c\u514d\u7a05\u50b5\u5238\uff0c\u70ba\u5728\u5408\u7d04\u671f\u5167\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u9810\u4ed8\u8cc7\u91d1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u79c1\u4eba\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u4f7f\u7528\u50b5\u5238\u8cc7\u91d1\u6642\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4e26\u56e0\u6b64\u6839\u64da\u61c9\u8ab2\u7a05\u8207\u514d\u7a05\u8cbb\u7387\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6298\u6263\u7d66 Community Power\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6298\u6263\u6b77\u4f86\u5728 8 \u5230 12% \u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9577\u671f\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u63a1\u8cfc\u5408\u7d04\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u7b49\u65bc\u6578\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u662f Community Power \u9032\u884c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7b46\u9810\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4ea4\u6613\u30022024 \u5e74 11 \u6708\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u767c\u884c\u4e86 $10 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u300130 \u5e74\u671f\u7684\u300c\u6e05\u6f54\u80fd\u6e90\u5c08\u6848\u6536\u76ca\u300d\u50b5\u5238\uff0c\u5171\u7bc0\u7701 $5320 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5e73\u5747\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u7bc0\u7701 $690 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Power \u70ba\u8056\u5730\u7259\u54e5\u5e02\u3001\u4e18\u62c9\u7dad\u65af\u5854\u5e02\u3001\u6069\u897f\u5c3c\u5854\u65af\u5e02\u3001\u5e1d\u570b\u7058\u5e02\u3001\u62c9\u6885\u6c99\u5e02\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u5e02\u4ee5\u53ca\u8056\u5730\u7259\u54e5\u7e23\u5167\u672a\u7d0d\u5165\u6cd5\u5718\u7684\u793e\u5340\u7684\u8fd1\u767e\u842c\u5e02\u653f\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u4f4f\u5b85\u96fb\u529b\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Power
