By agreeing to this release, you grant San Diego Community Power, San Diego Regional Energy Network, and its affiliated partners the right to photograph, record or otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice and statements made during program activities. You also give permission for San Diego Community Power to share materials you create during your work with us, such as photos, videos, written content, presentations, reports, artwork or similar. You authorize San Diego Community Power to use these materials, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, printed materials, reports and case studies.
You understand that these materials may be used without restriction as to time or geographic location, and that you will not receive any compensation for such use. All photographs, recordings, and related content created and captured by San Diego Community Power shall remain the property of San Diego Community Power.
