COVID-19 Bill Assistance

Residential customers are also eligible to receive bill assistance to address the financial impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you have outstanding bills that are past due and are a CARE or FERA customer, you may qualify for debt forgiveness through the Arrearage Management Plan (AMP). AMP is a 12-month payment plan that forgives 1/12 of your debt after each on-time payment of the current month’s bill and protects you from disconnections. After twelve on-time payments, your debt will be fully forgiven up to a maximum of $8,000. Visit the AMP website today to enroll.
