The SDCP Board of Directors holds regular meetings on the 4th Thursday of every month at 5:00 p.m at the City of San Diego Metropolitan Operations Complex (MOC II) Auditorium, located at 9192 Topaz Way, San Diego, CA 92123. The Board of Directors also holds special meetings from time to time. The agendas for all meetings are posted below in compliance with the Brown Act.
SDCP Board of Directors meetings are generally held in person for the Board and members of the public. As a convenience to the public, SDCP also provides a call-in option and Internet-based option for members of the public to virtually observe and provide public comments at its meetings. Please note that, in the event of a technical issue causing a disruption in the call-in option or Internet-based option, the meeting will continue unless otherwise required by law, such as when a Director is attending the meeting remotely pursuant to certain provisions of the Brown Act.
The Finance and Risk Management Committee (FRMC) is a standing committee of the SDCP Board whose purpose, as stated in section 5.10.2 of the SDCP’s JPA Agreement, is to provide input and oversight on matters related to the agency’s funding plan, its fiscal year budgets, financial policies and procedures, risk management policies and procedures, and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Board. In January 2023, Directors John McCann, Paloma Aguirre and Colin Parent were appointed to serve on the FRMC Committee. For the 2023 calendar year, the FRMC is expected to meet every second Thursday of the month at 3 pm. (exceptions noted)

The purpose of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is to advise the SDCP Board of Directors on the operation of its CCA program, as stated in section 5.10.3 of the agency’s JPA Agreement. Committee members are representatives of the diversity in SDCP’s seven member jurisdictions. The officers for the CAC are Eddie Price as the Chair, Aida Castañeda as Vice Chair, and Anna Webb as Secretary. For the remainder of the 2023 calendar year, the CAC is expected to meet every second Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
