San Diego Community Power Finance and Risk Management Committee Meeting

December 5 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Free

The Finance and Risk Management Committee (FRMC) is a standing committee of the SDCP Board whose purpose, as stated in section 5.10.2 of the SDCP’s JPA Agreement, is to provide input and oversight on matters related to the agency’s funding plan, its fiscal year budgets, financial policies and procedures, risk management policies and procedures, and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Board. In January 2023, Directors John McCann, Paloma Aguirre and Colin Parent were appointed to serve on the FRMC Committee. For the 2023 calendar year, the FRMC is expected to meet every second Thursday of the month at 3 pm.

SDCP FRMC meetings are generally held in person for the FRMC and members of the public.  As a convenience to the public, SDCP also provides a call-in option and Internet-based option for members of the public to virtually observe and provide public comments at its meetings.  Please note that, in the event of a technical issue causing a disruption in the call-in option or Internet-based option, the meeting will continue unless otherwise required by law, such as when a committee member is attending the meeting remotely pursuant to certain provisions of the Brown Act.
