Most customers within our service territory are automatically enrolled in our standard PowerOn service, which is at least 50% renewable and competitively priced to SDG&E. The City of Encinitas voted to automatically enroll customers within its city limits in our premium Power100 service.
Power100 provides your home or business entirely with electricity from renewable sources, like solar and wind, at a slight premium.
If you are not already enrolled in Power100, you can opt up by completing the form below.
You may opt back down to our standard PowerOn service at any time. To opt down to PowerOn, click here.
If opting up to Power100, please have a copy of your SDG&E bill handy as you will need your SDG&E account number. Please be sure to input only the first 12 digits of your account number. Include any leading zeros and omit any spaces.

San Diego Community Power serves customers in the Cities of San Diego, Chula Vista, Encinitas, La Mesa, Imperial Beach and National City, as well as the unincorporated communities of San Diego County.
Supporting a 100% clean energy future is a critical component of our City’s Climate Action Plan. As Mayor, I plan to lead by example and have committed that all City facilities will use completely renewable energy through San Diego Community Power.
